Hair day

Hi everyone, here is one of my makes for today.  I am entering this into the Julia Spiri Challenge 4.  You can find the link here
http://juliaspirichallengeblog.blogspot.co.uk/  I WAS PICKED IN THE TOP 2 WITH THIS

Card recipe:

White cardstock from crafty stash
Purple satin board from Create and Craft
Sheena Douglass brick wall embossing folder
Tonic fancy rectangle and Spring insert dies
Tattered Lace poinsettia dies and embossing folder
Tonic flower punches
Butterfly embellishment
Faux gems
Spellbinders flourish die
Julia Spiri The Grape and Hair digi image coloured with Lyra Rembrandt Polycolor pencils

To create this card I used a sheet of A4 white card and scored and folded it to make a 15cm x 15cm square card blank.  I ran the front of my card through the embossing folder.

After colouring my image I die cut using the Spring insert die then cut around her using one of the fancy rectangle dies and matt and layered onto a piece of purple satin board then added it to my card using foam tape.

I die cut the flowers and after embossing them layered them up, added some white punched flowers and the faux gems to the centres.

Finally, I added the butterfly embellishment to the bottom left hand side of my card.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you like my make for today.
