Hi everyone, thought I'd make a birthday card after all the Christmas cards. What do you think?
Card recipe:
White cardstock from crafty stash
Blue co-ordinations card
Tattered Lace leaves and Double Sided Stepper dies
Sentiment from Hunkydory
Bear digi image by Penny Farthing coloured with Promarkers, Sakura 3D Gel pens and Metallic pens
Rose embellishments from crafty stash
To create this card I used the stepper dies.
I coloured the Penny Farthing image using a variety of mediums as listed above and then fussy cut around him before adding to my card using foam tape.
I also used PicMonkey for the first time to create my watermark. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be so may be using this in the future.
Thanks for visiting my blog today and I hope you like my card. I would be grateful if you could leave some comments and even follow my blog if you feel like it.
I would also like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy new year.
This is my baby girl, Casey, she is a Cockapoo, was born on 29th May 2022 and is full of fun and energy. Welcome to my crafty world and I hope you enjoy looking at my creations. If you like what you see, please follow my blog.

Glass candle holder
Hi everyone, I cannot take the credit for this project. I saw Noreen do this on TV recently and thought I would give it a go. I think it is rather effective.
This actually cost me nothing!! I had everything in the cupboard.
I used an old wine glass, an old candle I found in the drawer, a fir cone picked up by my partner when out walking the dog, a small piece of green cardstock, some white flower soft, some organza ribbon and some paint from Imagination Crafts.
Thank you for visiting my blog today and I hope you like my project.

Tonic circle dies
Sentiment from Hobby House
This is the front view of my finished card.
To create this card I scored and folded a sheet of A4 pink card to make an A5 card blank, then I cut away half of the front.
Next I wrapped a piece of ribbon around the card and across the back, then added another piece of pink card to hide the ribbon at the back of the card.
I die cut the image and matt and layered onto a piece of pink card before attaching to the inside front of my shaped card blank.
I then attached this shaped card blank to the centre of my main card and brought the ribbon around from the back of the card across the front of the shaped card.
I then die cut the sentiment and matt and layered onto a piece of pink card before attaching to my shaped card which hides the ribbon.
Finally, I added a narrow strip of pink card down the front left panel, added some faux gems top and bottom of this panel and tied the ribbon to close.
The bottom picture shows the inside of the card.
Thanks for visiting my blog and I hope you like my DT makes for this week's challenge.
