TSC Anything Goes

To create this card I used the following:  (I came 3rd in this challenge)

Ivory card stock from crafty stash
Shop template, backing paper and decoupage dress from Katy Sue Designs Fabulous Fashion CD
TSC Tabitha digi image coloured with Promarkers and Wink of Stella glitter pens
Sheet of Acetate
