2 sheets of red A4 card
Digi image from CC Angelica & Adam Papercrafting CD printed onto super smooth white card
1 sheet of backing paper from the CD

I cut the shaped card using a template, the folds were made using a Hougie Board and the digi image has been coloured using Graph Its and Promarkers.
