Sisters of Craft September 2015 Challenge
Good morning and welcome to the September 2015 Challenge. This week we have the fantastic Papernest Dolls for a sponsor.
Here is my DT make for this month's challenge.
Recipe:
White shaped card blank from crafty stash
Backing paper from The Paper Stack
Tonic circle and square dies
Acetate
Crafters Companion bubble embossing folder
Self-adhesive white fuzzy paper
Alcohol Inks
Faux gems
Sentiment from Hunkydory
Papernest Dolls Bubble Bath Ellie digi image coloured with Copics and Prismacolor pencils
Martha Stewart fringe scissors
To create this card I used a shaped card blank. I added a piece of backing paper to the front of the card after cutting to the shape of the card.
I die cut the acetate after using alcohol inks on it and ran it through the embossing folder to get the bubble effect. I stuck this to the front of my card using wet glue, then added the coloured image after cutting with the circle die.
I cut a small piece of the fuzzy paper with the fringe scissors to create a towel to hang on the bath.
Finally, I added the faux gems and the sentiment to complete.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you like my DT make for this month.

Gorgeous, love the shaped card and the 'real' towel. Creative Blessings, Tracy x
ReplyDeleteThis is lovely, nice to see a different shaped card, and the use of "bubble effect" acetate and little fringed towel are a fab touch x
