Stampers Delights Thrifty Thursday 16th April 2020

Tonic scallop oval die
Crafters Companion stamped sentiment
Spectrum Noir Harmony ink pad
Stampers Delights  Chibis Val coloured with Copics
White paint pen
Black fine liner
