Simply B July Challenge - Betty

To create this card I used the following:

White card stock from crafty stash
Back sheet was packaging from an embossing folder by Sheena Douglass which I embossed and then sanded back
Backing paper from Debbi Moore Under the Sea CD
Rhinstones and faux gem
Simply B Betty Mermaid and sentiment image coloured with Spectrum Noirs
