May Blossom

Hi everyone, here is one of my makes for today.

I am entering this into the Ching Chou Kuik May 2015 Challenge Flowers in Bloom

Recipe:

Pink cardstock from crafty stash
Creata Blue/Green mirror card
White cardstock from crafty stash
Lace
Sentiment from Hunkydory
Flower embellishments from Hobby House
Ching Chou Kuik freebie Carnation Love digi image coloured with Copics and Spectrum Noir pencils
Twinkling H2Os from Sheena Douglass

To create the card I scored and folded a piece of A5 pink card to create an A6 portrait card blank.

The background was created by painting various colours of Twinkling H20s onto the card card, which I then added to the mirror card after placing a piece of white lace down the right-hand side. I then adhered the mirror card to the front of my main card.

I coloured the image and then fussy cut around her before adding her to the background using foam pads.

Finally, I added the sentiment at the top left-hand side and the flower embellishments at the bottom right-hand side to complete.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you like my card.
